About the position

The Senior Manager of Field Incentive Compensation & Alignment at Travere Therapeutics is responsible for managing field incentive compensation plans, contests, and awards. This role ensures that these plans are fiscally responsible, aligned with company goals, and administered consistently and accurately to attract and retain top talent. The position also involves proactive analysis of programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance, as well as managing field alignments for optimal deployment of the field force.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and administer the field deployment, sizing, territory and HCP alignment efforts by partnering with sales and account management leadership.
  • Lead and administer the field incentive compensation, contest/award functional area for the US field teams.
  • Evaluate, develop, design and administer IC Plans, contests, and annual awards for multiple field teams and national account groups.
  • Implement strategies and administrative processes for accurate performance and bonus/contest payout calculations.
  • Ensure timely communication and documentation to field teams regarding IC/contest/award plans and performance status reports.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Systems and analysis group for efficient integration between IC Platforms and commercial data systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate IC reporting and payout processes following compliant guidelines.
  • Evaluate plans and contests before/during/after implementation and analyze performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Manage field roster to ensure accuracy and timely deliverables for Sales Ops systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or related fields required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry focused on incentive compensation, commercial/sales operations, or sales analytics.
  • Prior experience in field-based incentive compensation plan development and/or administration.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, vendor management, and cross-divisional collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to think critically and form a methodical analytic approach to solving business problems.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Veeva is a plus.
  • Knowledge of commercial data warehouse concepts and analytics reporting platforms like Tableau.
