About the position

The Senior Manager, Field Sales Enablement is responsible for managing the implementation of key enablement initiatives across various regions and markets in the Americas. This role focuses on driving sales execution, supporting the delivery of specific enablement programs, and acting as a liaison between the field and global enablement teams. While not directly involved in sales ownership, this position is crucial in empowering sales teams to achieve their targets through strategic enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with regional sales leaders to understand field needs and challenges, ensuring that enablement programs are tailored to support sales teams in achieving their targets.
  • Oversee the delivery of targeted enablement programs, including training, workshops, and tools, ensuring consistency and quality of enablement content and delivery across all regions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between regional sales teams and global enablement, gathering feedback from the field to inform and improve global enablement strategies and programs.
  • Provide coaching support to sales management and executive management to drive adoption and land enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in sales enablement spanning content, learning, coaching, engagement, and demand generation.
  • Prior experience as a field-based sales enablement leader working with sales and commercial teams to drive enablement execution.
  • Solid understanding and experience in the Americas market supporting commercial, sales, and success management enablement across USA, LATAM, and Canada.
  • Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation, and motivational skills.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish, building in benchmarks and status updates.
