About The Position
As a Senior Manager Analytics, Operations Finance in Birmingham, Minneapolis, MN or remotely you will be responsible for leading our Data Analytics team within the Finance organization at Shipt. This role will report to the Director of Research and Reporting, helping to drive strategic decision-making through data driven insights, playing a critical role in optimizing reporting/analytics capabilities and supporting cross-functional initiatives. While no two days are the same you will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to provide actionable insights to finance leaders and key stakeholders. You will drive the integration of advanced analytics and automation tools to enhance efficiencies and present analytical findings and recommendations to Finance leaders. You will collaborate with Data Science team to oversee data architecture, integration, and management, ensuring efficient data flow and accessibility. You will also work closely with various departments, including Data Science, Finance/Accounting and Operations, to ensure alignment on strategic goals and initiatives.
