This individual will be responsible for driving the performance of AWS's order to cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for accountability, setting high standards, and driving results through a constant focus on improving both existing and future state operations, systems, and processes. They should be quick learners, willing to experiment with new ideas, and capable of adapting to the evolving needs of the business.

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships between Finance Operations and O2C stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for improved cash flow, margin, or productivity improvements related to vendor payments and receivables.
  • Support operational escalations effectively to ensure root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.
