About the position

The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation will be a key player in the Studio Finance Transformation Team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives that integrate new technologies and optimize financial processes. This role requires a blend of financial acumen and technical expertise to lead complex projects aimed at transforming finance functions and enhancing decision-making capabilities within the Studio Group Finance function.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance senior management and business unit leadership to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Champion the integration of new tools and advanced analytics to enhance business insights and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate and manage complex financial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in finance, evaluating new tools for cost/benefit potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 HANA/AoE/BPC/SAC/PowerBi
• Experience in the Media/Entertainment industry
• Competence in modern financial tools and techniques, including machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
