About the position

The Senior Manager, Global Corporate Communications, is responsible for developing and executing global communications strategies and programs that enable robust internal culture and empower continual internal engagement across the enterprise. This role is heavily focused on internal communications; however, the right candidate will have the drive and ambition to identify and execute strategic external communications opportunities that align with company strategy and fit the Mission and Vision of the company. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications, this position oversees a small team of communications professionals and partners with high-level internal stakeholders on a range of projects and programming that help nurture the Company's high-touch culture and its Mission-driven Legacy. In this highly visible, hands-on position, the Senior Manager supports Company leadership, Global Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and other internal teams. The successful candidate should be adaptable, able to juggle multiple inputs simultaneously, shift gears quickly, remain comfortable under pressure, and live out the Hollister Immutable Principles of Dignity of the Person, Service, Integrity, and Stewardship. The role requires the development and driving of overall internal strategic communications to inform and inspire a diverse global population of Associates. This includes conceptualizing, researching, and developing internal communication plans and high-quality content across various channels and digital platforms to support Hollister's Mission and further business objectives. Additionally, the Senior Manager will partner directly with senior executives to support internal communications and organizational culture efforts, collaborate with the broader Global Corporate Communications and HR teams to drive meaningful global internal communications programs, and work alongside the Hollister Global Events Teams to engage and inspire a global audience of Associates through the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid internal events. The role also involves coordinating global adherence to corporate brand guidelines and liaising with external vendors to support real-time corporate communications needs. Leading and developing a diverse group of experienced corporate communications professionals as a "player-coach" is essential, as is fostering a positive work environment and setting performance expectations for the team.
