As part of the Global Digital team within Global Commercial, the Senior Manager, Global CRM & Email Marketing is the digital marketing operations delivery subject matter expert and is responsible for leading the implementation of email campaigns that support the brand's strategic marketing plans. This individual will set the vision and roadmap for our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to drive an optimized customer experience across the patients & healthcare professionals we seek to engage. We are seeking a candidate that has a strong experience and background in marketing technology with a specific focus on scaled digital customer engagement. This candidate should have experience in working in commercial business units, demonstrated success in educating and coaching teammates, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The individual understands how marketing technology is leveraged to create omnichannel customer engagement experiences and works closely with Commercial and Strategic partners, as well as Operations and IT teams to ensure the successful launch of an omnichannel campaign.
