We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HRIS Manager to manage our company's HRIS function. Reporting to the Director, HRIS & Analytics, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS implementation, data analysis, data maintenance, overall system landscape experience, as well as project management. The Senior HRIS Manager will be responsible for optimizing HRIS processes, partnering to create and maintain an HRIS playbook, manage special projects, and oversee audits. This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS platforms, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Senior HRIS Manager drives strategic development and management of all global HR systems. This includes setting strategy for HR systems' security, planning, implementing, and maintaining security guidelines based on criteria provided by management and UL's Security teams. The role involves developing plans and priorities around HRIS strategy and related initiatives, leading efforts to maintain accurate master data, and ensuring compliance through regular audits. Additionally, the Senior HRIS Manager develops and governs data entry procedures in systems, provides troubleshooting and support for end-users, and oversees recurring data audits. The position requires managing and coordinating activities of different functions while maintaining accountability for cross-functional effectiveness and efficiency. The manager will also identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing current HRIS activities and move beyond established processes. Vendor relationship management is another key responsibility, ensuring adherence to service level agreements. The Senior HRIS Manager works closely with HR and Business Leadership, representing HR on key enterprise-wide initiatives that involve employee data and HR systems. This includes providing scorecards, dashboards, and reports to demonstrate analysis and insight into the business and teams. The role also involves partnering with HR and business leadership for ongoing training, communication, and education on systems and enhancements, ensuring compliant processes and successful experiences for candidates and employees. The manager will develop data integrity protocols between HRIS and other internal systems, resolving problems related to HR systems and processes hosted by external vendors, often in collaboration with IT. Acquiring and tracking internal customer feedback is essential to ensure user issues and concerns are addressed, aligning processes with business needs. Leading others on the HRIS team, prioritizing their work in alignment with global HRIS strategy, and adhering to UL Solutions' physical and digital security practices are also part of the role. The Senior HRIS Manager will perform other duties as directed.
