About the position

The Sales Enablement Everboarding leader at Snowflake will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales enablement strategy, focusing on industry-specific training and resources for Account Executives. This position involves managing the entire lifecycle of enablement programs, from ideation to delivery, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the latest product knowledge and selling skills relevant to their industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a mini-CLO (Chief Learning Officer) for industry-focused programs.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of key enablement programming based on global and local needs.
  • Translate technical product releases and industry use cases into consumable materials for Account Executives.
  • Deliver a Point of View (POV) to stakeholders and drive collaboration on enablement content.
  • Create and deliver global programs tailored to Account Executives and Industry Specialists.
  • Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders and deliver localized programming.
  • Measure and improve industry knowledge and skill gaps with innovative programming.
  • Provide feedback to the Onboarding team on field readiness post-Onboarding.
  • Develop content drafts to reduce the burden on Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of related industry experience in sales, sales engineering, or technical product marketing.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; an MBA is a plus.
  • Understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience in learning design and measurement, enablement tooling, and program management.
  • Strong consultative skills, including conducting discovery and facilitating workshops.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a fast-changing environment requiring strategic thinking and agility.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with financial services and insurance (FSI), retail, consumer goods (CPG), communications, media & entertainment (CME), healthcare, and life sciences (HCLS).
  • Familiarity with selling methodologies such as value selling and Challenger Selling.
