We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished digital events marketing leader to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to take ownership of a global, high-impact digital events program. As the Digital Events Program lead, you will work closely with various teams including global campaigns, regional field marketers across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, as well as digital, lifecycle, sales, operations, analytics, and product marketing teams. Your primary goal will be to drive engagement and generate pipeline through innovative digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to drive demand and generate pipeline through engaging and innovative webinars. You will own and implement the digital event strategy across multiple channels, optimizing the attendee experience and event performance while continually seeking new opportunities to improve and scale the program. You will also analyze program performance, generating reports for stakeholders and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions. Your ability to partner with global campaigns to create a webinar calendar and optimize topics will be crucial in engaging target audiences and meeting pipeline goals. Additionally, you will help moderate live events to ensure smooth execution and maximize participant engagement. Your role will also involve optimizing promotion and follow-up strategies across various marketing channels, including paid, organic, email, sales outreach, and social media. You will manage the post-webinar event experience, ensuring follow-up activities drive continued engagement. Establishing a regular feedback loop with field marketing, partner marketing, global campaigns, digital, analytics, and various cross-functional stakeholders will be essential to inform the global event strategy and ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across teams and regions.
