About the position

The Senior Manager, Global Product Education at L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty is responsible for developing and delivering product education collateral for both new launches and existing assets. This role involves significant collaboration with various functions within the organization, including Product Development, Digital Marketing, and Medical, to ensure effective training and support for market activations. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to travel up to 30% for training and support activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Development, Global Marketing, and L'Oréal R&I teams to develop and deliver training assets and strategy for new launches, animations, and innovations.
• Build assets for multiple distribution channels, including medical dispensing, medical retail, travel retail, and pharmacy.
• Provide cross-functional support to International Business Development and DMI Sales expertise teams to ensure quality and utility of Medical Sales Aides/ADVs.
• Host or present in global webinars to heads of Education and Medical from markets where SkinCeuticals is sold.
• Maintain evergreen assets, including Product Knowledge Master Slides, Professional Category protocols, and demonstration videos.
• Support content writing for Professional Development programs, focusing on upskilling for various roles.
• Directly support key markets in activating and training on new launches.
• Onboard new Global Marketing hires with Product Knowledge Overviews and Aesthetic Procedure Upskilling.
• Provide booth support at DMI-led medical congresses 3-4 times per year.
• Participate in International Training Meetings and Worldwide Meetings.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree
• Minimum 5 years' experience in field education, sales, or content writing
• Licensed aesthetician or medical field experience
• Very strong written communication and curriculum development skills
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
• Experience/proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and/or LMS management (desired but not required)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with teaching hands-on technical skills such as chemical peel application or laser operation
