About The Position

This role is crucial for scaling the global Talent Acquisition (TA) teams at Americold. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic programs, enhance training and enablement, manage technology systems, and provide data insights to improve recruiting processes. The position requires balancing day-to-day execution with long-term capability building, while also managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related PMO or Project Manager experience.
  • Data visualization and analytics experience.
  • Technology leadership for applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
  • Experience in developing strategies to attract top talent and facilitating external talent acquisition marketing.
  • Experience in creating and delivering recruiting performance metrics and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and experience working across multiple countries/geographies.
  • BA/BS degree or related experience.

  • Oracle Cloud Recruiting highly preferred.
  • Mature project management capabilities.
  • Expert skill in Excel/Data Visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build, inspire, and coach a high performing team of recruiting coordinators.
  • Continuously improve TA processes, system efficiencies, reports, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver reporting, insights, and metrics across business stakeholders to drive execution and excellence in global recruiting teams.
  • Lead online and social recruiting strategy development and execution, ensuring platforms are leveraged effectively.
  • Create a unique and intentional recruiting experience from application through pre-employment, focusing on candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
  • Lead regular updates and audits across platforms to maintain compliance and efficiencies within global recruiting teams.
