As a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing focusing on Webinars, you will play a pivotal role in leading our global digital events program. This position is designed for a highly motivated and accomplished marketing leader who is eager to take ownership of a high-impact digital events strategy that drives engagement and generates pipeline through innovative digital experiences. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including global campaigns, regional field marketers across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, as well as digital, lifecycle, sales, operations, analytics, and product marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic approach to digital events that aligns with our marketing objectives. You will be accountable for optimizing the attendee experience and event performance while continuously seeking new opportunities to enhance and scale the program. As the lead for the Webinar and Digital Events Program, you will define the strategy and plans for the digital events program, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. You will analyze program performance, generate reports for stakeholders and senior leadership, and drive topic and host recommendations based on performance metrics. Your role will also involve moderating live events to ensure smooth execution and maximizing participant engagement. You will be tasked with reimagining the digital event experience to enhance audience engagement and conversion, managing the post-webinar experience, and developing strategies to personalize content and create targeted follow-up campaigns. This position requires a strong focus on stakeholder communication and alignment across teams and regions, making it essential to build strong relationships with various stakeholders and partners. Your ability to see the overall picture while being detail-oriented will be crucial in challenging traditional approaches and driving innovative solutions.
