As a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing focusing on Webinars, you will play a pivotal role in leading our global digital events program. This position is designed for a highly motivated and accomplished marketing leader who is eager to take ownership of a high-impact digital events strategy. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including global campaigns, regional field marketers across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, as well as digital, lifecycle, sales, operations, analytics, finance, and product marketing teams. Your primary goal will be to drive engagement and generate pipeline through innovative digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to digital events that aligns with our marketing objectives. You will analyze program performance, generate insightful reports for stakeholders and senior leadership, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance our digital events. Your expertise will be crucial in moderating live events, ensuring smooth execution, and maximizing participant engagement. You will also focus on optimizing the attendee experience and managing post-webinar activities to drive continued engagement. By leveraging detailed personas and mapping user journeys, you will create targeted follow-up campaigns that resonate with our audience and support our pipeline goals. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively communicate and align with stakeholders across various teams and regions. You will be at the forefront of reimagining the digital event experience, continually seeking new opportunities to improve and scale our program. Your ability to build comprehensive reports and your strong organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that our digital events program not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and plans for the digital events program, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, in collaboration with digital channel leads, global field marketers, and global campaigns.
  • Analyze program performance, generating reports for stakeholders and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive topic and host recommendations based on performance that resonate with target audiences and support pipeline goals.
  • Help moderate live events to ensure smooth execution and maximize participant engagement.
  • Reimagine and continually optimize the digital event experience to enhance audience engagement and conversion.
  • Manage the post-webinar event experience, ensuring follow-up activities drive continued engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to personalize content and create targeted follow-up campaigns by leveraging detailed personas and mapping user journeys throughout the webinar lifecycle.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across teams and regions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital events, webinar marketing, strategy, and operations roles, preferably within the technology sector.
  • 3+ years of direct experience managing and developing a team.
  • Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and tools, as well as CRM and marketing automation platforms, including ON24, Zoom Webinar, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across different regions and functions.
  • Ability to build comprehensive end-to-end reports for stakeholders and executive leadership across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the overall picture and challenge traditional approaches.
  • Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of a 'test & learn' mindset.
  • Excellent team player who values diverse perspectives and can earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influence.
