About the position

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Campaigns at Informatica is responsible for developing, launching, and managing targeted multi-touch marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and meet performance metrics. This role requires a deep understanding of full-funnel campaign management, technical buyer motivations, and a successful track record in meeting MQL generation and pipeline goals. The position involves collaboration with various teams to create effective customer lifecycle journeys and drive growth initiatives across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the overall strategy for campaigns that align with Informatica's business objectives.
  • Create customer lifecycle journeys to accelerate the purchase process.
  • Lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Partner with product teams, sales, and other marketing functions to orchestrate campaigns across all marketing areas.
  • Meet overall performance metrics for campaigns, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Drive repeatable, scalable high-performing tactics including Sales Prospecting days.
  • Understand target audience and personas, design experiments, and activate campaigns.
  • Manage touch governance to ensure proper nurture program inclusion for accounts.
  • Analyze conversion funnel with Marketing Operations to identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure the right activity mix to drive growth, including awareness and demand generation.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research to inform strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience building strategy for the entire campaign lifecycle for key journeys.
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices and engagement strategies.
  • Experience in building high-performing campaigns and templatizing processes.
  • Digital marketing expertise with success in executing multichannel programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple goals including customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and drive actionable changes.
