About the position

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Campaigns at Informatica is responsible for developing, launching, and managing targeted multi-touch marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and meet performance metrics. This role requires a deep understanding of full-funnel campaign management, technical buyer motivations, and a proven track record in MQL generation and pipeline goals. The position involves collaboration with various teams to create effective customer lifecycle journeys and orchestrate campaigns across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the overall strategy for campaigns that align with Informatica's business objectives.
  • Create customer lifecycle journeys to enhance the purchase process.
  • Lead growth initiatives for acquisition, expansion, retention, and referrals by collaborating with product teams and sales.
  • Orchestrate campaigns across all marketing areas including email, direct mail, paid media, and events.
  • Meet overall performance metrics for campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Drive high-performing tactics including Sales Prospecting days.
  • Design experiments and activate campaigns based on target audience insights.
  • Manage touch governance to ensure proper account inclusion in nurture programs.
  • Analyze conversion funnel with Marketing Operations to identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure a balanced activity mix to drive growth, including awareness and demand generation.
  • Conduct competitive research to inform strategies and stay updated on trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in building strategies for the entire campaign lifecycle across new logo acquisition, cross-sell/up-sell, and retention.
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices and engaging prospects at multiple customer journey points.
  • Experience in creating and executing high-performing multichannel campaigns at scale.
  • Ability to manage multiple goals including customer acquisition and marketing sourced pipeline.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and implement actionable changes.
  • Results-oriented with experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
