About the position

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Manager, HCP Operations & Hospital Business Lead to join our North America Professional Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in leading a team dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across our professional marketing and sales teams. The Senior Manager will work closely with leadership to shape current capabilities and drive future initiatives, ensuring that our strategies align with business objectives and effectively serve healthcare professionals (HCPs). The position is based at Kenvue's corporate headquarters, which is currently located in Skillman, NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in early 2025. In this role, you will oversee our Omnichannel marketing capabilities, fulfillment capabilities, and various business analytics to provide insights and recommendations. You will also manage the Kenvue hospital business portfolio, which includes responsibilities such as forecasting, negotiations, contracts, analysis, sales, and relationship management. Collaboration with vendors and internal partners in IT, marketing, sales, and supply chain will be crucial in delivering impactful results for the business. Your key responsibilities will include leading a team focused on operational efficiency, developing strategies to support and motivate HCP Sales Teams, managing the Kenvue hospital business portfolio, leading vendor partnerships, providing oversight for Kenvue's omnichannel HCP efforts, optimizing sampling logistics, conducting business analytics, and collaborating with internal and external partners to troubleshoot business challenges. You will be expected to understand and respond to the needs of different customer groups while embodying Kenvue's values and behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team focused on operational efficiency and effectiveness across the HCP brand portfolio.
  • Develop strategies and drive their implementation to support, motivate, and reward HCP Sales Teams.
  • Manage the Kenvue hospital business portfolio, including forecasting, negotiations, contracts, analysis, sales, and relationship management.
  • Lead vendor partnerships for fulfillment and hospital selling model to optimize services and drive efficiencies.
  • Provide oversight for Kenvue's omnichannel HCP effort, identifying opportunities to leverage digital channels.
  • Optimize sampling logistics to drive stronger HCP brand recommendations.
  • Conduct business analytics to generate insights and recommendations via data analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to troubleshoot business challenges and implement corrective actions.
  • Understand, interpret, and respond to the needs of different customer groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in sales, CPG marketing, supply chain, and/or project management.
  • Proven experience in identifying and implementing business improvements that drive positive business results.
  • Demonstrated success in a matrixed environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to align the goals of multiple partners while maintaining a customer focus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for improvement.
