The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Carrier is a strategic role focused on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for talent initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
