About the position

As a Senior Manager, HR Chief of Staff at Capital One, you will drive strategy and innovative customer experiences alongside key product, Tech, and design leadership. This role involves significant responsibilities from day one, focusing on product strategy, operations, and cross-functional delivery within the Product Strategy and Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive creation of longer-term integrated OneTeam strategy and roadmap in partnership with product, design, and engineering leaders.
  • Lead regular cadence of strategic planning and leadership alignment, interpreting data/trends to orient the team towards high leverage opportunities.
  • Develop OneTeam associate engagement strategy to deliver on talent imperatives.
  • Implement key initiatives to raise the bar on product management excellence, including product discovery, goaling, and roadmap planning.
  • Drive OneTeam operating model in partnership with operations leads across design and engineering organizations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to stakeholders.
  • Draft communications and HR Product related assets to showcase impact and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with other operations leads to support events, gather feedback, and participate in recognition ceremonies.
  • Represent HR OneTeam in enterprise-wide forums and coordinate cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 8 Years of Project Management experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Masters Degree
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Agile product management
  • At least 10 years of Project Management experience
