As the Senior Manager, HR Operations (North America) you are a working-leader who can blend the tactical day-to-day work with strategic thinking and planning to advance the effectiveness/efficiency of the human resources services offered to employees in our North American operations business (Canada, Guatemala, and United States) while leading and developing a high-performing team. Working hybrid in our Morrisville headquarters, you lead a team of ten including: HR Shared Services (HRSS), Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent. The Senior Manager, HR Operations is responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of all regional HR processes and systems, ensuring efficient employee lifecycle management. This role will manage day-to-day HR operations within the region, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compensation, labor relations, employee records maintenance, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws. The Senior Manager, HR Operations will aim to optimize the employee experience and contribute to overall business objectives.
