About the position

The Senior Manager, HR Operations at CentralSquare Technologies is responsible for leading the HR organization to enhance organizational effectiveness and service delivery. This role oversees all aspects of HR operations, ensuring that HR systems and technologies align with the company's strategic goals. The position involves defining a vision for HR operations, optimizing HR systems, managing data integrity, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes. Additionally, the Senior Manager will lead HRIS and Payroll teams, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership across the HR organization to drive organizational effectiveness and superior service.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations and ensure HR systems support the HR strategy.
  • Define a vision for HR Operations and shared services, building core processes.
  • Manage HR service delivery and drive improvements for efficient and compliant HR services.
  • Ensure data integrity and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize HR systems to meet workforce requirements and reduce manual processes.
  • Leverage metrics and analytics to evaluate HR process improvements.
  • Set the overall direction for HR systems in collaboration with IT and other departments.
  • Develop and manage the HRIS and Payroll teams.
  • Manage the implementation of new functionality and business process improvements.
  • Drive efforts to determine best HR system options and lead system implementation efforts.
  • Manage vendors for HR technology and monitor service levels.
  • Support the creation and deployment of HR shared services strategy.
  • Establish protocols for issue response and employee requests.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and deliver HR programs and policies.
  • Oversee HR budget development and analysis of HR spend.
  • Lead special HR projects as necessary.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • Certification in HRIS, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Six Sigma.
  • Proven management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • ADP experience required.
  • 8+ years of progressive growth supporting HRIS solutions and implementations.
  • 6+ years leading HRIS functional support teams.
  • 4+ years leading HR transactional support teams.
  • Experience managing HR compliance programs.
  • Knowledge of SOX, privacy, and other compliance protocols.
  • Strong experience with data, metrics, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience in systems implementation is a must.
  • Experience preparing and presenting information to senior leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic focus, and service-oriented disposition.
