The Senior Manager of HR Services at Otsuka will play a pivotal role in enhancing the service delivery model of the HR department. This includes developing and implementing training and guidance for the outsourced vendor, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulations. The Senior Manager will also manage leave of absence administration, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, and will partner with stakeholders on ergonomic and accommodation processes. The role also involves addressing escalated HR requests and issues, serving as a point of contact for complex inquiries, and providing timely resolutions.
