The Senior Manager will also be responsible for identifying potential risks associated with project execution and developing effective strategies to mitigate these risks. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives is crucial, ensuring that projects are completed on time and successfully. Additionally, the Senior Manager will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team, promoting an environment where team members are encouraged to excel and innovate. The nature of the work requires thorough analysis and investigation, with the Senior Manager making decisions and taking actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or a similar role.
• Previous management experience.
