About the position

The Senior Manager Inbound Product Management at ServiceNow is responsible for leading product planning and execution for new products in the Manufacturing industry. This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to create compelling product offerings and ensure effective roadmap execution. Responsibilities

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to formulate product plans and execute on product roadmap.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build products that address Manufacturing industry challenges.
• Leverage existing ServiceNow products and capabilities for efficient product delivery.
• Influence horizontal products and platform roadmaps to leverage innovations across the ServiceNow portfolio.
• Work with ISV and SI partners to enhance product roadmap and market solutions.
• Understand the competitive landscape and ServiceNow's position within it.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and feedback.
• Lead prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise application product management experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in both small and large organizations.
• Strong focus on product-market fit.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and business topics.
• Self-directed with strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities.
• Thought leadership in Manufacturing industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and adapting them to various environments.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications portfolio is a plus.
