About the position

The Senior Manager, Information Knowledge Management at Peraton is responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight for the Information Knowledge Management (IKM) Section. This role involves directing SharePoint and Command and Control (C2) integration efforts, facilitating requirements gathering, and managing application development projects to enhance knowledge management initiatives. The position requires collaboration with various divisions to ensure effective integration and utilization of enterprise systems, while also maintaining project schedules and communicating status to executive management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Information Knowledge Management (IKM) Section, including the direction of SharePoint and C2 integration.
• Work closely with other Divisions/Sections to plan and facilitate requirements gathering and system migrations.
• Support enterprise-wide integrations for Information Management initiatives and recommend best utilization of systems.
• Recommend application-related best business practices for solutions and product support services.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, communicating project status to executive management and prioritizing workload.
• Understand integration principles, including C2 Systems and collaborative tools.
• Provide oversight and support for IKM team members, ensuring understanding of priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor production system incidents and ensure issues are resolved according to established processes.
• Assist users in resolving issues or queries on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, and testing of new applications/products.
• Customize SharePoint to support new capabilities and functionality for IKM objectives.
• Develop and present briefings to team, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
• Support customer-facing engagement with MARFORPAC and other agencies.

Requirements

• HS degree and a minimum of 12 years experience.
• Experience leading teams and projects.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience or higher.
• Experience configuring SharePoint sites and providing custom solutions.
• Experience in developing solutions integrated into multiple Teams & M365 services.
• PMP and/or Sec+ CE certifications.
