About the position

ICE Bonds is seeking a fixed income professional to support the expansion of its electronic trading solutions within the Sell-Side Dealer Community. The role involves engaging with Institutional Buyside accounts to drive platform usage and transactional activity, while also providing strategic feedback to enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard, and engage Institutional Buyside accounts across trading, sales, technology, and business functions.
• Drive consistent usage of ICE Bonds platforms and generate transactional activity on platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Buyside contacts including senior management.
• Provide strategic feedback to Sales & Product management based on client response.
• Conduct comprehensive periodic performance reviews to optimize trading activity.
• Understand buyside client front office workflows and ICE front-office solutions to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Educate buyside clients about new workflows, protocols, and enhancements, and manage technical project timelines to advance platform integrations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with and/or knowledge of Electronic Fixed Income Trading.
• 7+ years of sales experience covering buyside firms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong prospecting/new business sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate and/or Municipal Bond Market.
• Comprehensive understanding of fixed income market structure, electronic trading, and supporting order management and execution technologies.
• Strong understanding of buyside client workflows, technology, and electronic trading providers.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Highly motivated multi-tasking collaborator.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 required.
• Series 63 preferred.
