The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Manager for Merchant Acquisition & Growth will play a pivotal role in driving integrated marketing strategy across acquisition and growth for B2B Marketing at DoorDash. This position requires a marketing leader who can think like a General Manager, manage complex marketing campaigns, and communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting and achieving aggressive business goals, managing cross-functional projects, and understanding the nuances of performance marketing, analytics, product, operations, and creative aspects of marketing. In this role, the Senior Manager will own strategic planning, including annual and quarterly initiatives, to accelerate merchant selection, retention, and product adoption on DoorDash. They will act as a lynchpin between various marketing teams, sales strategy, product, finance, analytics, and other departments to build and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy. The candidate will be responsible for internal communications regarding the B2B integrated marketing vision and performance metrics, reporting progress to senior leaders, and proactively identifying risks and building mitigation strategies. Additionally, they will work closely with operations and finance teams to set appropriate goals and KPIs, create integrated plans, and build models for budgeting and campaign tracking. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong bias to action and an entrepreneurial spirit. They will be expected to support new acquisition and channel expansion opportunities, advocate for marketing resources, and track B2B marketing performance metrics across functions. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive company-level outcomes and ensure effective communication of complex marketing strategies to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic planning for B2B marketing initiatives to accelerate merchant selection, retention, and product adoption.
  • Act as the lynchpin between marketing teams, sales strategy, product, finance, analytics, and other departments to execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy.
  • Manage internal communications of B2B integrated marketing vision, strategy, performance, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Support new acquisition and channel expansion opportunities by advocating for marketing resources and budgets.
  • Track B2B marketing performance metrics and report progress to senior leaders, identifying risks and building mitigation strategies.
  • Work with operations and finance teams to set goals and KPIs, creating integrated plans to achieve these goals.
  • Build models and frameworks for budgeting, campaign tracking, and goal forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to build and deliver investment asks and planning deliverables.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in marketing, with at least 2 years focused on B2B marketing.
  • 3+ years of direct management experience or managing large cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years in consulting, operations/GM role, strategy development, or finance is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management experience, including building campaign calendars and setting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep experience managing brand and performance-oriented goals to drive company-level outcomes.
  • Ability to synthesize data and make data-driven decisions, balancing quantitative measurement with intuition-driven action.
  • Strong Excel skills and basic SQL understanding is a plus.
