About the position

The Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing at Covetrus is responsible for leading the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns. This role requires collaboration across various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy, ultimately driving improved health and financial outcomes for veterinary practice partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and focus on achieving results through strategic leadership and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Media, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across products and platforms.
  • Serve as a strategic partner in identifying growth opportunities and developing innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience, increase engagement, and result in sales.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Advocate for actionable results and push for alignment and accountability across teams to achieve marketing goals.
  • Effectively navigate a complex organizational structure, building relationships and fostering collaboration to facilitate project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience at manager level or significant progressive level of responsibilities that demonstrate readiness for a Senior Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of digital and brand performance metrics (NPS, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC).
  • High level of organization and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build and refine processes that enhance collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
