About The Position
The Senior Manager, Interconnection Services at NextEra Energy Resources is responsible for overseeing the interconnection feasibility studies and network upgrade cost estimates throughout the development and construction phases of renewable energy projects. This role involves collaboration with internal project teams and external entities such as Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs) and Independent Systems Operators (ISOs) to ensure compliance with interconnection standards and to optimize the placement of renewable energy projects. The position plays a critical role in negotiating agreements and verifying interconnection study results to support the company's goal of achieving Real Zero carbon emissions by 2045.
