About the position

The Senior Manager IT Applications (Configuration) at Trinity Health is responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow Configuration and Asset Management processes. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle of multiple IT applications, ensuring quality service delivery, and leading a team of managers and analysts. The position requires strategic oversight of IT Service Management processes, budget management, and collaboration across various teams to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow Configuration and Asset Management processes.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of ITSM processes.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to provide a consistent message.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from inception to sunset.
• Ensure adherence to service quality guidelines and metrics.
• Assist management in supporting the ITS strategic vision.
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget.
• Facilitate Configuration Management and Asset Management audits.
• Review and approve changes to the CMS infrastructure.
• Mentor the organization on Configuration Management and Asset Management services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in information systems and application software architecture.
• Three years of progressive management experience.
• Four years of IT experience with client management knowledge.
• Extensive project management experience and knowledge of project budgets.
• Broad knowledge of healthcare processes and data linkages.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead meetings with diverse member interests.
