About the position

Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced education professional to lead the sales training and enablement programs for its sales organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that salespeople possess the necessary skills to succeed in their positions. The individual will develop courses, facilitate training, and enhance sales enablement programs to improve revenue performance. The position requires a significant presence in the Hoboken, NJ office and reports to the Director of Learning and Development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales enablement programs
  • Lead sales workshops and training sessions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop sales training content for workshops
  • Track learning metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI of programs
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with sales leaders and their teams
  • Meet with leaders to gain understanding and feedback on training programs
  • Conduct ongoing knowledge and skills assessments for sales associates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 4 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 6 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in high-tech, eCommerce or Advertising industry
  • Proven success as a meeting and program facilitator
  • Sales experience (B2B) 3-5 years
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills
  • Excellent program management skills
  • Ability to build programs and teams
