About the position

The Senior Manager Manufacturing Finance at Bimbo Bakeries USA is responsible for developing and maintaining a Bakery Finance Playbook, ensuring consistent financial analysis across bakeries. This role involves significant collaboration with regional Finance Directors and bakery leadership to drive efficiency, standardize processes, and support the training and onboarding of Bakery Finance Leaders. The position also includes managing a team to ensure continuity and flexibility within the Bakery Finance structure.

Responsibilities

• Business Partner for Regional Manufacturing Finance Leadership, providing support and direction for the Bakery Finance Leaders
• Set direction for a Bakery Finance Playbook, creating consistency across BBU
• Work closely with bakery leadership to identify opportunities to drive efficiency
• Develop a continuous training plan for Bakery Finance Leaders
• Drive standardization of processes and support across manufacturing
• Develop a communication plan for effective communication of new SOPs
• Manage a team to ensure continuity and flexibility of Bakery Finance structure
• Backfill and support open Bakery Finance Leader roles
• Optimize, develop, and improve work teams

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Business Finance, Business Performance, or Cost Accounting, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred
• Strong computer skills; experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion Essbase preferred
• Proven record of managing priorities and meeting deadlines with solid organizational skills
• Ability to partner with other functional leaders and challenge teams to find optimal solutions
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
