About the position

The Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics at Ipsen will be a key member of the Strategic Pricing, Marketing, and Analytical Operations team. This role focuses on providing actionable business analytics and insights to various business units, integrating Net Sales insights across GPO, Institutional, and Payer customer landscapes. The position supports the Strategic Pricing & Contracts team and aligns closely with the Gross-to-Net Finance team, managing analytic needs and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop analytical contracting models and deliver impactful business insights.
  • Develop analytics and insights to measure and inform strategic contracting decisions.
  • Share insights across all customer channels to inform Gross-to-Net revenue impacts.
  • Support Strategic Pricing and Contracts with Gross-to-Net calculations and lead the quarterly Best Price review process.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance of Payer/Provider customer contracts.
  • Manage, generate, interpret, and communicate analytics related to Value & Access stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytics generated from various data sources to support the Payer Access team.
  • Ensure successful contract data integration for new products and/or acquisitions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Pricing, Payer/Provider Contracting, and/or GTN analytics in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Progressive business experience in Finance, Payer Account Management, Government Pricing, or Contracting Analytics.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing government programs and their impact on GTN.
  • Experience with Pricing Research projects is a plus.
  • Ability to manage large data sets and work with advanced spreadsheet functions.
  • Solid understanding of customer relations, contract negotiations, and contract development.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with pharma and managed markets data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, and Chargebacks.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate changes and needs in the industry through data interpretation.
