About the position

The Senior Manager, Marketing Client Relations is a pivotal role within the Well Marketing team, responsible for managing client relationships and developing marketing strategies that align with client objectives. This position requires a strong background in account management and marketing, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships for the Well Marketing team, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
  • Serve as a consultative partner for clients, understanding their needs and contributing marketing solutions to achieve employee activation and engagement goals.
  • Analyze, track, and report on marketing results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop marketing plans that align with clients' business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience managing campaigns and promotions from concept through execution.
  • Data fluency and analytic proficiency with a passion for driving and measuring results.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management and marketing with an agency or similar.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of $105,000-$125,000 depending on qualifications, plus bonus potential and benefits.
