About the position

The Senior Manager of Marketing and Digital Analytics leads a team focused on providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. This role is crucial for ensuring that marketing decisions are informed by data, enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and the development of strategies to advance digital analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and digital analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of a plan to advance marketing and digital analytics capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of standardized marketing and digital analytics processes, including campaign tracking, measurement, and reporting.
  • Promote data literacy by educating teams on marketing analytics data and driving the adoption of self-service tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into cohesive strategies that enhance customer engagement.
  • Oversee the prioritization and overall workflow to ensure successful delivery of analytics work, including accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Guide the team in analyzing marketing performance across various channels to identify areas for optimization.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of marketing technologies, such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and automation tools.
  • Partner with IT business intelligence and data governance to ensure data governance, data quality, and appropriate data integration for marketing analytics use cases.
  • Maintain strong data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage relationships and partner with third-party vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery of results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics roles with 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a data-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data insights to drive marketing strategy and business growth.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation technologies.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, including data mining, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.

  • Master's degree in business, marketing analytics, data science, or related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
