About the position

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will oversee the technology stack for the Marketing Organization, performing analysis on marketing programs and managing marketing automation, sales engagement, and iPaaS solutions. This role involves monitoring critical technology platforms, collaborating with Marketing leadership to implement strategies, and generating marketing insights for stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing tools including Marketo, Workato, Ramp Metrics, and ZoomInfo.
  • Help execute new marketing initiatives from a technical perspective, modifying existing solutions and developing new ones.
  • Instrument marketing campaign tracking and produce insights reports for senior stakeholders to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and contractors, translating requirements and collaborating to optimize marketing technology usage.

Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing Operations.
  • Proficiency in administering technology platforms and business intelligence software.
  • Ability to identify challenges and develop solutions related to technology or processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on project completion and innovation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI and analytics tools.
