About the position

The LocalFinds Product Manager at Walmart is responsible for launching and growing the LocalFinds product within Walmart Marketplace. This role involves developing brand marketing strategies based on customer insights and business needs, aiming to expand the product's reach and drive customer engagement. The position requires collaboration with various internal and external teams to execute market launch campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing assets.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch and growth of the LocalFinds Product within Walmart.
• Build brand marketing strategies driven by customer insights and business needs.
• Perform regular analysis of market and customer segments to identify opportunities.
• Own the value proposition and vision, generating creative briefs for marketing strategies.
• Lead the design direction and development of creative in partnership with internal and external teams.
• Build a high-performing team to successfully launch in multiple markets.
• Manage relationships and communicate project information to stakeholders effectively.
• Standup methodology and reporting to quantify brand growth and creative success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on regional/DMA level.
• 5+ years leading brand strategy.
• 3+ years overseeing creative production.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Local commerce platform experience (i.e. marketplaces, community-based shopping).
• Experience operating in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience launching a new brand from scratch.
