About the position

The Senior Manager Marketing & Sales Operations is responsible for overseeing the marketing operations department and ensuring alignment with sales initiatives. This role involves analyzing marketing efficiency, managing lead flow, and optimizing marketing programs to achieve departmental goals. The Senior Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance website functionality and integrate marketing tools, while also managing database health and training sales teams on new processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing operations department and teams aligned with marketing and sales.
  • Supervise, measure, and analyze the efficiency of marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Analyze lead flow and workflow within the marketing department to ensure goal achievement.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director of Marketing and Sales EVP to identify website goals and functionality requirements.
  • Own and implement the lead to opportunity workflow across platforms and processes.
  • Act as Marketing/Sales liaison for Salesforce implementation project.
  • Support EVP of Sales on marketing operations and sales enablement projects.
  • Manage database hygiene and optimization; develop strategies for monitoring data health.
  • Train inside sales and sales teams on new process changes or enablement tools.
  • Document data flows and standard operating procedures to identify areas of improvement.
  • Enable ISR's and provide marketing approved templates for campaigns.
  • Integrate new products into the marketing/sales tech stack as required.
  • Work with Director of Digital Marketing to create targeted outreach lists for lead generation campaigns.
  • Drive alignment between marketing and sales on joint metrics and operational support for sales development team.
  • Ensure successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of marketing programs within HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Launch custom landing pages, lead capture forms, and other content for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and execute budgeted items for Regional Events and Sales Territory Marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Experience in trend analysis.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Master's degree in a business-related or technical field.
  • Desired: Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) certification.
  • Desired: Project Management Certification (PMP).
