The Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy and Content, Americas is a pivotal role at SCIEX, responsible for the creation, communication, and execution of a comprehensive 3-year commercial marketing plan. This plan is designed to align with the Americas' 3-year business strategy and encompasses various marketing channels including live, digital, social, and traditional media at global, national, and local levels. The successful candidate will take ownership of the marketing calendar, select appropriate marketing channels, develop collateral, and deploy campaigns while also analyzing and reporting performance metrics to both regional and global leadership teams. Collaboration with other regional and global marketing teams is essential to ensure brand alignment, maintain campaign synergy, and manage any scheduling conflicts. Additionally, the role involves recruiting, managing, and developing a team of marketing communication and content specialists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead go-to-market projects that translate commercial business strategy into reality through multifaceted and multichannel marketing campaigns. You will blend time-tested marketing strategies with innovative ideas to deliver a compelling and engaging marketing program. The position requires monitoring and evaluating the performance of the marketing plan and commercial achievements against stated expectations, supporting analysis and corrective measures as necessary.
