About the position

Blue Yonder is seeking an innovative and tech-savvy marketing professional with a passion for driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Performance & Operations, the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology and Operations will be responsible for driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategies by leveraging process and technology to implement best practices across the marketing organization. This role requires a deep understanding of core marketing technologies, B2B lead-opportunity lifecycles, and the latest industry trends on GTM strategies to support and scale Blue Yonder's growth engine. In the realm of Marketing Technology, the Senior Manager will optimize the existing marketing technology stack to streamline marketing activities, enhance customer engagement, and improve data management. This includes partnering with key stakeholders to gather requirements and drive technology-driven solutions that meet organizational goals. The role also involves leading change management efforts related to marketing technology implementation and process improvements, as well as monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and ensure that the company remains competitive in the market. For Process Optimization and Operational Efficiency, the Senior Manager will develop and implement automation strategies to enhance marketing workflows, reduce manual processes, and increase operational efficiency. This includes optimizing the campaign response-to-MQL-opportunity process, collaborating with BDR, sales, and marketing teams to enhance lead and account management, routing, scoring, and nurturing. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in scoring models, nurturing campaigns, and opportunity conversion strategies, driving a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, advocating for innovative solutions and best practices. In terms of Data Management, the Senior Manager will work closely with IT and data governance teams regarding protocols for data management and security, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across marketing systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology management, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience with key marketing platforms, including Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo Measure, Drift, etc.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and lead/account scoring processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize marketing workflows and automate processes effectively.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
