About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager role at DXC Technology is a strategic position focused on driving marketing initiatives for the Americas and Canada. This role involves developing and executing marketing and communications plans to enhance customer acquisition and retention across the DXC portfolio, while fostering innovation in marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business and marketing objectives of the aligned area and the market opportunity.
• Manage the integrated planning, design, and execution of key marketing campaigns using the right channel mix for optimal client experience.
• Provide leadership around effective campaign strategies and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and agencies to execute marketing plans.
• Follow through on contacts and leads to generate and accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Ensure brand compliance of creative and messaging.
• Innovate marketing programs and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing and/or agency experience.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools, especially in Digital Marketing and events organization.
• Strong campaign management and cross-channel data-driven marketing execution skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management.
• Ability to create innovative marketing programs that generate results.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in the technology industry, especially with financial services customers is a plus.
• BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in software or system integration business is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
