About the position

The Senior Manager Media and Digital will spearhead the execution of the Media strategy for the Americas, focusing on Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance brand awareness and achieve eBusiness goals through a tailored Media strategy that aligns with local market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Media strategy across three markets, adapting global guidelines to local market needs across all media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, priorities, and the optimal Media mix for both local and national markets.
  • Evaluate Media campaigns and formulate clear conclusions along with actionable recommendations and optimizations.
  • Oversee all program executions, including developing briefs, managing campaign timelines, and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Monitor Media performance, develop a measurement plan and KPIs for awareness and E-Commerce objectives, drive E-Commerce growth, propose new opportunities, and collaborate globally on testing plans.
  • Develop and expand SEM across Google and Social Search, define annual traffic plans and projections, and analyze consumer-driven search behaviors.
  • Effectively communicate local culture and Media concepts to internal stakeholders, cultivate publisher relationships, and lead weekly meetings to report upcoming campaigns, performance, and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated Media from an agency or luxury retailer.
  • Proactive with strong leadership abilities to lead meetings with key stakeholders including HQ, Media agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven project management skills, excellent presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and LATAM experience preferred.
  • Passion and curiosity for emerging media and digital trends within luxury retail.
