About the position

As a Senior Manager of Media & Digital at Van Cleef & Arpels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the media strategy across Canada and Latin America. This position requires extensive experience in integrated media, ideally from an agency or luxury retail background, with a strong preference for candidates who are fluent in Spanish and have experience in the LATAM market. You will be proactive and possess strong leadership abilities, enabling you to lead meetings with key stakeholders, including headquarters, media agencies, and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve developing strategies and serving as a market ambassador, showcasing your passion and curiosity for emerging media and digital trends within the luxury retail sector. In this capacity, you will lead the media strategy across three markets, ensuring that global guidelines are adapted to meet local market needs across all media channels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to define strategy, priorities, and the optimal media mix for both local and national markets. You will evaluate media campaigns, formulate clear conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations and optimizations. Additionally, you will oversee all program executions, which includes developing briefs, managing campaign timelines, and efficiently allocating resources. Monitoring media performance will be a key responsibility, where you will develop a measurement plan and KPIs aimed at achieving awareness and e-commerce objectives. You will drive e-commerce growth, propose new opportunities, and collaborate globally on testing plans. Expanding SEM across Google and social search will also fall under your purview, where you will define annual traffic plans and projections while analyzing consumer-driven search behaviors. Effective communication of local culture and media concepts to internal stakeholders will be crucial, as will cultivating publisher relationships. You will lead weekly meetings to report on upcoming campaigns, performance, and new opportunities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Responsibilities
