About the position

The Senior Manager, Mobile Offer Management is responsible for developing mobile pricing and promotional offer strategies to achieve Charter's business goals, such as growing market share and improving customer satisfaction. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to assess promotional opportunities, quantify benefits, and implement initiatives that support Charter's converged broadband and mobile products strategy, focusing on the mobile wireless business for residential and small/medium business segments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product partners to identify promotional opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Assemble internal data and external benchmarks to recommend pricing and promotional changes to senior leadership.
  • Integrate Analytics and Revenue teams to build business cases supporting key marketing initiatives.
  • Review financial models and track key financial metrics related to market pricing and offer strategies.
  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience by identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Improve offer presentation and prioritization within agent-facing tools to target appropriate offers to customers.
  • Ensure offer implementation follows approved business rules.
  • Maintain internal channel line-up databases including product costs and margins by package.
  • Work with various teams to drive improvements in offer reporting and tracking capabilities.
  • Maintain market playbook of promotional offers and retail pricing.
  • Manage promotional roll-off programs to ensure appropriate pricing is applied during the promotional roll process.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and reporting requests from business unit leaders.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of Marketing, Pricing or Finance work experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to address issues logically and systematically.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
  • Ability to translate detailed trends and statistics into executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills through e-mails, conference calls, and MS PowerPoint.
