Responsibilities

  • Oversee promotional activities and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Optimize various marketing measures and analyze HCP eligibility and targeting.
  • Conduct impact analysis of digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize pharma datasets to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Implement statistical techniques for marketing optimization and analysis.
  • Analyze customer journeys and develop channel and content affinity models.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Multi-Channel Marketing and Digital Analytics in pharma/life sciences.
  • Proficient in using pharma datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, and Veeva CRM.
  • Experience with statistical techniques including MMX, A/B testing, and promo response models.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with NLP, Text Analytics, and Text Mining.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 based on experience and qualifications.
