The Senior Manager, National Sales will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of a bold strategy for Rheem Residential Water Sales. You will lead a team of strategic sales professionals by providing coaching, training, and mentorship to make them a highly effective sales force. An ideal candidate will have experience in the Water Heating segment including personal contacts within the marketplace. Having a strong strategic, customer-focused mentality and the ability to inspire others to perform will be keys to success. This position serves our US Water Heating business, field based, with roughly 60-75% travel. This role will be location in the northern half of the US within close proximity to a major metro.
