Join the Salal Credit Union team as our Senior Manager of Branches & Retail Operations. This role will be integral to our member and employee experience by overseeing our four area branches and the back-office operations support team. This Senior Manager is responsible for guiding these teams to both operational excellence and sales success. Are you passionate about excellent member service, experienced guiding a team's sales culture, and well-versed in retail banking regulations and operations? Are you eager to lead teams and coach individuals to meet the strategic goals of the business while also acting as a project management partner to the organization? If so, apply today! This role is hybrid and would require regular visits to our branches (Northgate, First Hill, Bellevue, Tukwila) in person. The expectation would be that this manager visits each branch at least two (2) times per month with other visits as needed. There may also be a need to attend some meetings at our Northgate Headquarters office on occasion.
