About the position

As the Senior Manager of Content Creation, Brand and Social at PVH Corp., you will have the unique opportunity to craft the development and optimization of social-first content for our global channels. This role is pivotal in shaping the seasonal global brand level creative projects, ensuring that the content resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand identity. You will be working in a flexible position that adapts to seasonal workloads, allowing you to bring fresh ideas and innovative concepts to the table. Your role will involve leading cross-functional partnerships with various teams, including social media, advocacy, influencer, and communications, to deliver exceptional creative solutions and storytelling that align with our brand aesthetics and departmental objectives. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the senior creative team to implement the vision and design aesthetic for campaigns across all channels. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging content series for deployment, planning the editorial calendar for social media, and creating real-time social-first assets such as videos, GIFs, and images. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you take ownership of retouching and other production needs for your projects, ensuring that all creative assets are delivered on time and in the correct format. Engaging with both internal and external partners will be a key part of your role, as you participate in meetings and collaborate to achieve the best outcomes for our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional partnerships with social media, advocacy, influencer, and communications teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions and storytelling that align with our brand identity aesthetics and department objectives.
  • Collaborate with the senior creative team to implement the vision and design aesthetic for campaigns across all channels.
  • Conceptualize and design engaging content series for deployment, collaborating closely with the creative team.
  • Brainstorm content strategy and plan the editorial calendar for social media in partnership with the social media, advocacy, influencer, and communications teams.
  • Create real-time social-first assets, including videos, GIFs, images, and more, ensuring detailed execution.
  • Provide design support for regional social media needs.
  • Take ownership of retouching and other production needs for your own projects.
  • Engage with internal and external partners, participating in meetings and delivering creative assets on time and in the accurate format.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of graphic/digital design experience, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Exceptional skills in image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Diverse design experience across various digital platforms.
  • Ability to create lightweight video social content, including GIFs.
  • Highly creative, collaborative, positive, and proactive!
  • Keen sense for color, layout, form, imagery, typography, and composition.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
