The Senior Manager of Inside Sales will oversee the daily operations of the Inside Sales and Sales Support teams, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized and achieved. This role is critical in managing the expectations and performance of the sales team, which includes attracting, hiring, and training new employees. The Senior Manager will lead the Inside Sales and Sales Administration teams by effectively communicating goals and expectations, coaching employees, and implementing necessary systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency. In addition to team management, the Senior Manager will facilitate all sales-related processes, ensuring that administrative paperwork is completed and approved, and that a comprehensive sales database is maintained. The role requires the modification of workflow processes to improve productivity as needed. The Senior Manager will also act as a liaison among customers, commercial managers, and other departments, fostering interpersonal relationships to align goals, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. Another key responsibility includes the development and maintenance of marketing reports and data to support the commercial department. The Senior Manager will be responsible for budget preparation, monitoring costs, analyzing variances, and reviewing and approving invoices for daily expenditures. This position is essential for driving sales performance and ensuring that the Inside Sales team meets its objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
