About the position

The Senior Manager of Learning Strategy and Technology is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of learning programs and technology solutions that enhance adult learning and performance within the organization. This role requires proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a strong background in managing dynamic learning programs, ensuring effective onboarding, career development, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve dynamic adult learning and performance programs.
• Oversee the onboarding curriculum and career path related learning programs.
• Create and curate reports analyzing performance and presenting results of programs.
• Import and configure users in the LMS from multiple states, departments, and security roles.
• Ensure compliance with EEO/AA policies and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using LMS software.
• 5+ years of experience managing adult learning and performance programs.
• Experience in creating and analyzing performance reports.
• Strong presentation skills for program results.
